Wednesday, May 28 - Tasting Room, Firkin this Wednesday - Bandwagon Pale Ale with centennial hops and lemon peel! Cask ale, or real ale as it is sometimes called, is beer which has not been filtered or pasteurized; it is alive! The beer is transferred straight from the fermenter into the cask along with some priming sugar. The yeast consumes the sugars to produce carbonation and complex flavors. The cask we are using is called a firkin and holds 10.79 gallons of beer. Hope to see you there!

Memorial Day Weekend Vet Fundraiser

Today is the BIG DAY!!

Hampton Roads Military Relocation Team debut their monthly charity event - VETNOISE! In partnership with Young Veterans Brewing Company.

Today they support an incredible charity - Wounded Wear.

Wounded wear provides free and adaptive clothing for wounded veterans. There’ll be amazing talent donating their time to perform, great beer, a food truck, lots of raffles from awesome local businesses who have donated things, and lots of fun. Please come out to Young Veterans brewing Company and let’s make some Vet Noise for Wounded Wear!!

Please bring CASH ONLY for donations and raffles!

15% of of all proceeds are also going to Wounded Wear so buy lots of great beer.

Friday, May 23 - Food Truck Fridays. TGIF! What better way to start your weekend than with live music, street food and fresh, tasty beers! This week we welcome to the tasting room: Live music by ‘Jess Doran’ (singer/songwriter), and delicious street food by ‘Panavoir’ (Tacos and pitas).

Saturday, May 24 - OUR LAST NIGHT HERE EVER!!! On Saturdays we open at noon. At 2pm and 3pm we host free 30-minute tours of the brewery, and from 4 to 7pm we have live music and food trucks to complement our fresh, tasty beers. This week we’ll have ‘Granby Street Hot Dogs’, and ‘Outta The Furnace’ rocking the house down for our final send-off. Come kill the kegs! Drink them dry! Be a part of our history and help us say goodbye to the place where it all started.

Sunday, May 25 - The folks from Firebrew will be here from 2:30-4:30 pm giving away free samples of their stellar food! Because we’ll be closed on Monday, we’ll have Growler Power Hours from 2-4 pm with discounts on all growler and grenade fills.
