- Beer Release: Illuminari, Coelacanth Brewing Company, 12-9:00 pm, 760 A W 22nd St, Norfolk. Where there is smoke, there is fire. Where there is fire, there is illumination. Rauchbier is an old German style whose origins go back to the 1500's. Our Illuminari is made using malts that are dried over an open beech-wood fire, giving the beer a unique smokiness.
