Announcing our newest wild beer: OUTLAW REPUBLIC - a farmhouse-style ale fermented in Ruby Port barrels with lemon, lime, and orange zest. This beer was 100% fermented in oak with our mixed culture of yeast, brettanomyces, and wild yeast/souring bacteria native to Coastal Virginia.
