O’Connor’s Endless Saison Series is a seasonal series that was inspired by famous surf spots around the globe. This farmhouse ale traces its roots to the magical surf spot of Tamarindo, Costa Rica, where a vast swath of white sand and luminous blue waters are as warm and welcoming as the people who reside there. This beer was fermented in oak to dryness using our mixed culture of yeast, brettanomyces, and wild yeast/souring bacteria native to Coastal Virginia. It was then refermented with fresh, local strawberries from Cullipher Farm, lending the beer prominent fruit character and aroma. Reaver’s Bounty is 7.8% ABV, 8 IBUs. It will be available on draft and to go in 750ml bottles (*Bottle limit of 3 per person, per day).

Join us for a special Monday opening as we kick off VA Craft Beer Month and celebrate Jerry Garcia’s birthday with the release of our Hemp IPA. Apply named, Missing Digit, this beer is incredibly heady and full of fresh lime and pine aromas. Toasted hemp seeds are tossed into the mash giving this brew some backbone.
