Fri 1/31: 4:30pm - 8:00pm, Tasting Room Open, w/ Bro's Fish Tacos (Food Truck). Firkin Keg! We will have a special cask-conditioned beer in the tasting room on Wednesday - Rule G IPA Firkin with Glacier hops and Juniper Berries. Cask Ale, or Real Ale as it is sometimes called, is beer which has not been filtered or pasteurized; it is "Alive." The beer is transferred straight from the fermenter into the cask along with some priming sugar. The yeast consumes the sugars to produce carbonation and complex flavors. The cask we are using is called a firkin and holds 10.79 gallons of beer. Hope to see you there!

Sat 1/18: 12:00pm - 7:00pm, On Saturdays we are open from noon to 7, and from 4 to 7 we have live music performances and mobile food vending, as well. This weekend we welcome local musician Dustin Furlow to the brewery, and delicious Filipino food from one of our favorite local food trucks, Bobby Q Filipino Grill.
