Local Brew Happenings in Tidewater VA

On the morning of Saturday, October 1st, Aaron Holley, Brew Master and Part owner of Wasserhund Brewing Company, suffered an unexpected stroke. Aaron is currently stable and in the ICU, but due to the nature of the stroke doctors are still determining the best course of action, so a timeline for his discharge from the hospital is not yet known. Aaron has private health insurance, but medical bills will definitely pile up. This can be especially difficult as a new business owner, and with the family expecting their second child.
A gofundme account has been established to help them defray the costs of his treatment: here https://www.gofundme.com/2se9nng
The Wasserhund Brewing Company Staff has scheduled a benefit this Saturday evening at Wasserhund, to support a family that has always supported us. Aaron, Christine and Craig have always put their employees and their community first; raising tens of thousands of dollars for the Hampton Roads community within the first year of business. We are hoping that our community will come forward and support such a wonderful and caring family in their time of need. There will be live music, and we will be collecting donations by cash or credit.
We appreciate everyone’s thoughts and prayers in this trying time. And as always, Prost!
