Anyone interested can try a serving of each and vote for their favorite. A donation ($3 suggested as a minimum) for the food goes to the charity featured that week. The volunteer who gets the most “favorite” votes wins a $20 PHB gift card. Serving our community, serving you beer! See you this Sunday!

Honey Basil Brown, we added clover honey and fresh basil to our Barrage Brown to create a beer that is both sweet and savory. Honey adds a distinct sweet flavor that is instantly noticeable, but not overpowering. The basil creates a strong herbal aroma and balances the honey sweetness nicely. The two combine to create a rich flavor that is truly wonderful.
