Wednesday, March 19: Firkin this Wednesday - We will have a special cask-conditioned beer in the tasting room on Wednesday. Rule G IPA with Simcoe and Citra hops! Cask ale, or real ale as it is sometimes called, is beer which has not been filtered or pasteurized; it is alive! The beer is transferred straight from the fermenter into the cask along with some priming sugar. The yeast consumes the sugars to produce carbonation and complex flavors. The cask we are using is called a firkin and holds 10.79 gallons of beer. Hope to see you there!

Saturday, March 22: Were you going to Tapped at the Ted this Saturday? Are you bummed it got canceled? Well no fear! Tapped at Smartmouth Beer is here! This Saturday 12-7pm- come on out to Smartmouth Brewing Co. for a party! 2 food trucks- Bro’s Fish Tacos LLC, and Malbon’s BBQ “The Flying Pig”, live music, and a new brew will be casked!!

Wednesday, March 19: Sin & Vinyl Night - Wednesday nights bring your vinyl or just jam to the great tunes we got playing in the tap room. It’s also SIN (Service Industry Night) at OBC on Wed nights, so if you work in the restaurant, hospitality or service industry, you get 50% OFF EVERYTHING.

Thursday, March 20: It’s THIRSTY THURSDAYs in the tasting room. EVERYTHING IS 30% OFF FOR EVERYONE. No reason, just cuz. Yeah, you’re welcome.

Friday, March 21: FOOD TRUCK FRIDAYS. TGIF! What better way to start your weekend than with live music, street food and fresh, tasty beers! This Friday we welcome to the tasting room: Kings of Ukulele (beach, classic uke, reggae) and Hearth & Peel Pizza (real made-to-order wood-fired pizzas).

Saturday, March 22: On Saturdays we open at noon. At 2pm and 3pm we host free 30-minute tours of the brewery, and from 4 to 7pm we have live music and food trucks to complement our fresh, tasty beers. This Saturday we welcome to the tasting room: Honorary Girl (upbeat pop-py indie rock), and CXB BBQ & Eats.
