Wednesday, March 26: Firkin this Wednesday - We will have a special cask-conditioned beer in the tasting room on Wednesday. Alter Ego Saison with cardamom and star anise! Cask ale, or real ale as it is sometimes called, is beer which has not been filtered or pasteurized; it is alive! The beer is transferred straight from the fermenter into the cask along with some priming sugar. The yeast consumes the sugars to produce carbonation and complex flavors. The cask we are using is called a firkin and holds 10.79 gallons of beer. Hope to see you there!

Wednesday, March 26: Sin & Vinyl Night - Wednesday nights bring your vinyl or just jam to the great tunes we got playing in the tap room. It’s also SIN (Service Industry Night) at OBC on Wed nights, so if you work in the restaurant, hospitality or service industry, you get 50% OFF EVERYTHING.

Thursday, March 27: It’s THIRSTY THURSDAYs in the tasting room. EVERYTHING IS 30% OFF FOR EVERYONE. No reason, just cuz. Yeah, you’re welcome.

Saturday, March 29: On Saturdays we open at noon. At 2pm and 3pm we host free 30-minute tours of the brewery, and from 4 to 7pm we have live music and food trucks to complement our fresh, tasty beers.
